The project involves developing scooping strategies for climate-smart agriculture across the South Asian region to promote investments and innovations that can mitigate climate risks. The focus is on identifying policy platforms or entry points for collaborative action, supporting policy measures, and prioritising climate actions to promote climate-smart agriculture and avert loss and damage, especially across vulnerable regions in India, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka.
We have been engaged to incorporate climate risk profiles into policy planning and lend support to leverage regional climate change and disaster mitigation cooperation.
