Local Government Initiative on Climate Change (LoGIC) in Bangladesh: Conducting a mid-term evaluation


The programme aimed to enhance the capacity of local governments and communities to engage in effective and inclusive local level planning and financing climate adaptive solutions to reduce poverty and climate-induced vulnerabilities through gender-sensitive approaches.

The analysis will encompass both public and private sectors, formal and informal channels, and evaluate labour force participation, youth aspirations, and the employability of new entrants in the existing workforce.
To commemorate the 25 year milestone, our team will be organising a special event with various fun activities. With 25 years behind us, we look forward to the next 25 years of partnering with others to create a sustainable world.
NIPI will be completing its current phase in December 2023. To celebrate the success of the bilateral health initiative, a NIPI result seminar was held jointly by the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare (MoHFW), Government of India, and Government of Norway, represented by Royal Norwegian Embassy in New Delhi, on 30 May 2023.
