We serve as the dedicated Project Management Consultant (PMC) for two critical e-governance initiatives under the Government of Bihar, enhancing administrative efficiency and transparency in finance and human resource operations.
As the PMC, we deliver end-to-end project management consultancy, advisory services, coordination with the General Administration Department (GAD) and the Bihar Prashasnik Sudhar Mission Society (BPSMS), along with enhanced technical & monitoring support. This facilitates HRMS rollout under the Finance Department. We engage with the cross-department teams for major integration of HRMS applications with financial CFMS application, NSDL application, Recruitment Agencies and AG’s Pension application for transparent and seamless HR operations.
Impact
- HRMS manages HR operations for 8 lakh regular employees across all 48 departments
- Enabling efficient key features of payroll management through approximately 7500
- Drawing & Disbursement Officers (DDOs) , employee self-service module for each and every employee, leave management, promotions, transfers, service record/book management and exit management statewide
The platform digitises core HR functions, improves service delivery, and supports policy implementation, paperless HR management, contributing to Bihar’s broader transparent e-governance and administrative reform ecosystem.
