This comprehensive study conducted across Jharkhand’s 24 districts identifies gaps between industry demand and workforce supply across public, private, and informal sectors, and assesses labour force participation, aspirations, and employability of new and existing skilled and semi-skilled workers.
In partnership with JSLPS, we have engaged over 9,000 stakeholders, including employers within and outside the State, youth (aged 15-34), industry associations, Vocational Training Providers, colleges, labor unions, and state and district government departments to gain a thorough understanding of the State’s skill landscape and inform workforce development.
