A Humanitarian Grand Challenge aims to support groundbreaking solutions that help communities respond more nimbly and dynamically to complex emergencies and take steps to improve their lives. The fund seeks to engage with the private sector and draw directly from the experiences of affected communities. It is a partnership between the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), the U.K. Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO), the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands, and Global Affairs Canada, with support from Grand Challenges Canada.
Triple Line was contracted to conduct a developmental evaluation to support adaptiveness, focused on improving and optimising the CHIC platform and validating results achieved.
