An industry roundtable was recently organised on โAdvancing Gender-Inclusive Workplacesโ, convened by IPE Global, Scope Global Skills University, and Confederation of Indian Industry. Madhya Pradesh in Bhopal. This event brought together Industry Associations, CXOs, and HR Heads from leading industries in Madhya Pradesh to discuss pathways to create an enabling environment for womenโs participation in formal employment.
FSG, represented by Ms. Pavithra Renganarayanan, led the session on identifying priority actions to strengthen womenโs participation in the workforce and shared gender-diversity resources that can be adopted to increase womenโs representation in various industrial sectors.
