The Women, Child Development & Entrepreneurship Committee, PHDCCI, in partnership with IPE Global, organised a Roundtable on “Strategies for Gender-Inclusive Growth: Creating Fair & Inclusive Workspaces” on 23 June 2026 at PHD House, New Delhi.
The aim of the roundtable was to create awareness about the need to have gender-inclusive policies and practices in industry so that more and more women are able to join the formal workforce. A Letter of Intent to advance the mission of placing 1 million women from low-income households into stable, high-growth jobs by facilitating mindset change in the industry was signed between PHDCCI and IPE Global on this occasion.
FSG Advisory Services, which has partnered with IPE Global on the Growing Livelihood Opportunities for Women (GLOW) initiative, presented key areas in which sensitisation was crucial. These included gender-supportive policies, inclusive infrastructure, equitable workplace processes, women-friendly hiring and recruitment practices, leadership development, and organisational culture change to build diverse and inclusive workplaces.
IPE Global was represented at the roundtable by Mr. Sudarshan Panda, Director; Mr. Aakash Deep Arora, Private Sector Engagement Lead – Social & Economic Empowerment (SEE) and Ms. Bhawana Negi. From FSG, the officials present included Mr. Vikram Jain, Managing Director and Ms. Pavithra Renganarayanan, Social Impact Consultant. PHDCCI was represented by Ms. Babeeta Sharma, Director and Dr Subhash Mehta, Deputy Director.

With a deep and practical understanding of institutional architecture, policy environment, and post-conflict recovery dynamics, and a career spanning over 30 years across transition economies, Ricardo brings not only technical depth but also a trusted reputation among donors, policymakers and peers.He is leading Triple Line’s strategic expansion into continental Europe, including Ukraine, while strengthening our credibility across the broader region and beyond.
