IPE Global has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Skills, Employment, Entrepreneurship & Innovation Department (SEEID) of the Government of Maharashtra, serving as a Technical Support Unit for data-driven gender planning to increase women’s workforce participation.
The MoU was formalised in the presence of Shri. Devendra Fadnavis, Honourable Chief Minister, Government of Maharashtra, and Shri. Mangal Prabhat Lodha, Hon’ble Minister, Skills, Employment, Entrepreneurship & Innovation Department, Government of Maharashtra, was exchanged between Ms Manisha Verma, IAS, Additional Chief Secretary of SEEID and Mr MK Padma Kumar, COO of IPE Global. The formal event took place at Sahyadri Guest House in Mumbai on 27th April 2026.
The partnership reaffirms Maharashtra’s commitment to advancing women’s participation in the formal workforce and embodies the inclusive growth ambition of the Viksit Maharashtra 2047 vision. As a Technical Support Unit, IPE Global will help improve the skilling and employment pipeline to place young women at the centre of Maharashtra’s labour market transformation and thereby improve female labour force participation in paid jobs.
