The study aims to strengthen evidence-based decision-making in project implementation (in both direct implementation and outreach areas), contributing to the quality of implementation and enabling wider dissemination of project learning for policy dialogue. It has been divided into three components:
1. Outcome Evaluation (one district, four blocks)
2. Baseline and endline evaluation in eight districts
3. Pashu Sakhi Assessment in all 20 districts
We have been engaged to conduct both qualitative and quantitative interviews of sample respondents. The study will cover more than 2,400 respondents in outcome evaluation, and more than 2,400 respondents in baseline and endline evaluation. Also 131 (in-depth interviews and FGDs) will be undertaken during outcome evaluation and around 307 qualitative activities during baseline & endline evaluation. We will also be covering nearly 4,300 Pashu Sakhi for grading them based on their performance.
