The limited mention of the health sector in today’s budget speech is not surprising, given the substantial provisions already made in the Interim Budget.
With a focus on inclusive development for Viksit Bharat, the Budget reflects the government’s focus on the underprivileged, youth, farmers, and women. I would have liked to see more around innovative financing, more schemes around rural part of India.
