CBUD, a flagship project of the Government of India, aimed to address the bottlenecks in urban development and specifically focused on inclusive policy formulation and implementation, and monitoring with special focus on urban governance, municipal finance, resource mobilisation, citizen services, housing and infrastructure development across the major towns in India.
