Launched in Gujarat, Maharashtra, and Karnataka, the project aims to strengthen CPHC services for effective hypertension and diabetes care, tackling India’s high Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs) burden. We have implemented several critical interventions to strengthen hypertension and diabetes management, focusing on improving the supply chain management, maintaining drug registers, conducting eAushadhi-based stock analysis, and accurately estimating drug requirements. We conduct regular NCD programme reviews, integrating key metric indicators and developing fact sheets with district rankings. To strengthen the use of the NCD portal, we provide advocacy and hands-on support for real-time data entry, population and ABHA seeding, routine data analysis, and timely resolution of zero-data entries.
