Epitome of Indian woman, modern yet traditional
My Senior, My Inspiration!
She never tried to grab the limelight but always let the spotlight illuminate her teammates. From her I learnt to believe in myself and learnt to share joy and success. This simple act can make the whole team relax and trust their leader completely.
Life is a long journey and it is imperative that during this journey we will meet many people who will inspire and motivate us to do better and shine brighter. One such lady in my life is Mrs. Indira Mansingh. She was not only my senior but my inspiration for life. Her official designation read as “Chief Advisor”, and as the designation depicts she is sought after by all for both professional and personal advice.
What inspired me the most is her ability to multitask every role she plays in life with complete ease and perfection. She is an excellent leader who inspired not only me but whosoever worked with her. Such large and complicated projects, sensitive partnerships, hyper team; she managed all of it so efficiently. Her approach to problems was always solution oriented. She is an excellent listener who would make the confessor at ease and was never judgmental. The patience and positive attitude of hers always helped her team confide in her, trust her and follow her advice to the core. This quality of her I am trying to learn every day in my life.
She is the epitome of Indian woman, modern yet traditional, she never tried to grab the limelight but always let the spotlight illuminate her teammates. From her I learnt to believe in myself and learnt to share joy and success. This simple act can make the whole team relax and trust their leader completely. Instead of ordering she as a leader always fought the battle, deadlines and pressure along with her teammates. All these small qualities of her made her a very successful leader both professionally and personally. “It’s the human beings who make any project succeed or fail not the other way round…” She not only says this but inculcated it in our personalities. Hope one day even I can grow up to be a personality like her – a leader who spreads happiness and satisfaction; a leader who after acquiring business and delegating responsibilities to the team, invest in building the self-confidence of the team increasing the happiness index of the team and invest in making them enjoy their work. And Success will follow automatically.
