The project has delivered comprehensive technical support to key government departments in Bihar, including the General Administration, Industries, Finance, Commercial Tax, Minority Welfare, and Labour Resources. The strategic interventions have been pivotal in attracting private investments, enhancing MSME cluster productivity, and expanding social security access for workers.
We developed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and enhanced e-governance in the Finance Department. Our work includes optimizing tax administration, strengthening financial management, and improving access to technical education and social security for women, SCs, and minorities. Additionally, we reinforced the Directorate of Employment and Training to manage technical training institutes better statewide.
