  • The World Bank || Detailed design, Construction Supervision and Contract Administration for Bole Lemi -II and Kilinto Industrial Zones in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia (2015-2018)

    Located on the periphery of Addis Ababa, the capital of Ethiopia, largest Industrial Zones (IZs) are coming up in Ethiopia viz. Bole-Lemi IZ (Bole-Lemi II) and the Kilinto phase-I, covering an area of 178 and 308 hectares, respectively. We are involved in preparing detailed engineering design of infrastructure, including serviced land, factory sheds, commercial, administrative and social services buildings, as well as developing bills of quantities (BoQs), cost estimates, specifications, drawings, bid documents and contract documents. In addition, we are carrying out supervision and contract administration of the construction of on-site and off-site infrastructure works at implementation stage to ensure construction quality assurance.

  • ADB: Design and Supervision Consultancy at Jammu under Jammu and Kashmir Urban Sector Development Investment Programme (JKUSDIP), India (2014-2017)

    As a Design and Supervision Consultant (DSC), we are involved in design review, construction and supervision of (i) longest flyover of 1.5 kms. with 56 spans in Jammu city; (ii) improvement of water supply system with NRW and DMA; (iii) STP of 30 MLD capacity, with trunk and collection system, household connections; (iv) city roads; and (v) other Infrastructure master plans. In addition, we are undertaking detailed engineering design, preparation of tender documents and drawings, procurement activities, preparation of construction drawings, construction supervision and contract administration, quality control, monitoring and evaluation. As part of Asian Development Bank (ADB) funded project, we have designed semi-automatic multi-level car parking system, first of its kind in Jammu.

  • ADB: Detailed Design of 24x7 Water Supply and PMDSC for Sewerage Systems in 7 towns of Karnataka, India (2014-2018)

    The objective of this ADB funded assignment is to expand urban water supply and sanitation systems and strengthen relevant institutions to enhance efficiency, productivity and sustainability. We are providing project management, design and construction supervision services for (i) implementation of city wide sewerage network including rehabilitation of existing system; (ii) construction of low cost community toilets at selected wards; (iii) integrated water/ sewage treatment in 3 towns. In addition, we are preparing detailed project report for 24x7 water supply system and developing bid documents for 4 other towns in north Karnataka with population more than 200,000 souls.
