Design and Implementation of E-Recruitment Management System for Government of Afghanistan

Delegates from Government of Afghanistan visited Bhubaneswar, India to interact with senior officials of Government of Odisha and IPE Global. The Government of Odisha also shared their success story in online recruitment system development and implemented by us.
About the project
Government of Afghanistan (GoA) currently run the manual recruitment process for their civil servants and consultants and wanted to shift to the fully automated recruitment system. IPE Global is engaged by Ministry of Finance, GoA to design, develop and install a secure, scalable, customizable and integrated computerized web based e-recruitment Management System- as a project funded by World Bank. This e-Recruitment System would be initially used for recruitment under Capacity Building for Results (CBR) Program on pilot basis and then rolled out for all line ministries and departments.
The MoU was signed in partnership with IPE Global Centre of Knowledge Development (IPECKD), was signed in the presence of School Education Minister.

The project was reviewed by MP CM Kamal Nath where he appreciated the ongoing project and has proposed an additional aid of 66cr to compliment the Smart City Proposal.
