Mona Chhibber leads IPE Global Group’s human resources (HR) strategy including global HR activities in support of the overall business, with a focus on organisational effectiveness, talent management, learning & development and rewards & benefits. She has over 18 years of broad-based experience in management and implementation of entire gamut of human resource function. Prior to IPE Global, Mona served as Director – HR in Rolla Group (an international Telecom, Information Technology and Education company); Head – HR, National Council of Applied Economic Research (NCAER); HR Business Partner, Ericsson. Mona’s embrace of lean operating principles and smart organisational alignment strategies has helped her improve people performance, productivity and drive employee engagement. Mona Chhibber has a bachelor’s degree in commerce and holds Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Indraprastha University, India. She is also pursuing Chartered Fellowship (FCIPD) in HR from Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, United Kingdom. In addition, she also holds Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur and Certificate in HR Analytics from IIM, Rohtak.
