IPE Global invites applications from the qualified candidates in the Information Technology & e-Governance Unit in Kolkata, India.


Specifically focus on:

  • As an e-Governance Consultant, he/she should deal in areas pertaining to Business Analysis, System Design & Development, Deployment and Managing Implementation of Business Application & IT Solutions.
  • Should have knowledge of Technical Architecture of the products.
  • Will interact with client and process owners to gather requirements
  • Have a good understanding in proposing Workflow of Solution w.r.t. National Smart City Mission
  • Should have worked either in Consulting or Implementation of few of the Smart City components like – ITMS, Solid Waste Management, Smart Urban Infrastructure, Security & Surveillance, etc.
  • Have to write Approach and Methodology, propose most suitable technology and manpower requirement along with Work Plan for the proposed solution for Client requirements
  • As a writer of Technical Solution, have to design Use Case scenarios, Map Business Process, Design UML, DFDs
  • Need to be part of Technical Documentation Team for writing FRS, SRS, User Manual, etc.
  • Understand the requirements of client and Communicate & Manage Change from Product & Business teams
  • Assist and mentor junior team members in their daily work activities
  • Have to provide inputs on latest Technological changes in the market
  • Engage in project service delivery for existing or new projects /products.
  • Shall be required to share Business Targets so defined for the regional BD Team.
  • Have to outreach market to interact National and International clients
  • Should be available for travel to both National/International project locations as and when required by IPE Global.
  • Any other duty as and when assigned by the Line Manager.

Qualification & Experience:

{C}·         Degree in Information Technology/ Computer Science Engineering (B. E./B-Tech./ MCA)

{C}·         Having MBA or equivalent degree will be preferred.

{C}·         Prior experience of 5 to 7 years of working in Business Analyst / Project Delivery/ Client facing role in IT & e-Governance area

{C}·         Experience of at least 2 – 3 years in Government domain preferably in Urban, Health, Education sectors.

{C}·         Prior experience of working in e-Governance Projects (like MMP) with Multi-Stakeholders will be preferred

{C}·         Working knowledge in Pre-Sales, Bid-Process Management and Business Development activities in Government sector would be an added advantage

{C}·         Knowledge of MS Office, MS Visio, MS Projects, Power Point Presentations and report writing skills

{C}·         Should have Client Management Skill - be able to Manage Client with Technological, Business knowhow and apt presence of mind.

{C}·         Should exhibit strong leadership qualities through Quick Decision-Making and Change Management, Strong Analytical ability, good Project Management and Presentation skills.

Should be self-motivated, have positive learning attitude and an effective Team Player.
